History of our Indian Cuisine Venture to date

If I had thought of creating this BLOG when the idea of starting the food venture occurred to me then we would not need this section. However we have already been in the process of creating this business for 6 months now. So I need to bring to current from the inception of the idea. I'll spend the first few postings bringing you up to date from the inception and from that point on you all can take this entrepreneural ride with me.

This BLOG is primarily to share that entrepreneural experience with you. However, I have plenty of opinion and interest on many other subjects, you can expect to hear from me on some of those subjects (golf, skiing, photography, outdoors in general, politics, spirituality, economy, business and whatever else hapens to be on my mind on that day) as well.
