Since each package is family sized, a very common question that comes up how many meals can be made out of a single tray of chicken korma or beef keema. It is our experience that typical consumption in a dinner is between 12 oz and 16 oz of all components of a dinner combined.
For a complete BHS meal you are looking at a combination of an entrée such as Chicken korma or beef keema and a rice preparation such as Shahi Pulao.
If you buy 1 pack of Pulao and one pack of a protein entrée such as Chicken Korma or Beef Keema, the combination is good for 4 very large sized meals – approximately 17 oz per meal. This is approximately 25% larger in weight than a typical grocery store frozen meal. If you are a light eater you may be able to make 5 meals out of a chicken/keema and Pulao package combo.
