I tried Basu’s food the other night and was very impressed, both the chicken korma and the rice were pleasantly surprising. It was such a quality product. The texture of the rice was very delicious and so easy to make. I cooked it up in the boiling bag and it was ready and really delicious. It had such a nice quality to it and the flavor was great.
But the rice wasn’t the only thing I loved, the chicken korma was also outstanding. It was flavorful and very fresh. Even after microwaving it the chicken remained tender. I was surprised that it was frozen, it’s the next best thing to restaurant quality. I’ve eaten a lot of Indian food around Los Angeles and this is the real deal. I’d definitely recommend this product. It’s good quality, it’s fresh and it’s well-seasoned.
