I am a lover of great-tasting food. Some foods are delicious, and some foods are more delicious than those, but rarely does one come across a food that is so delicious that it seems to nourish your heart and caress your soul. Every bite of Basu’s cuisine has been an intense emotional experience. To describe the taste of these meals requires words that are not normally used to describe food of any kind. His food is delicious no doubt, and healthy as well, but never have I eaten something that tasted so kind and comforting, so friendly and delicate, or so balanced and beautiful. Each bite left me in disbelief that something could taste so wonderful, and every bite thereafter confirmed what I already knew. Basu’s Indian cuisine is first-rate, the best I have ever eaten. I have truly been fortunate for the opportunity to eat this delicious food. Thanks, Basu!
