Having migrated to the USA more than 30 years ago, I still have vivid memories of my struggles to cook up a simple Indian meal in the common kitchen at a University of Michigan dorm. The ingredients were purchased from Kroger's and the proportions were at best determined from obscure instructions such as "add to taste" from my female relatives' in India. Oh what I would not have given to have Basu HomeStyle conveniently shipped to me packaged fresh in dry ice! Not only is the taste and flavor so close to home, the sheer experience of his entrees along with the Palau rice is almost a feast. Basu should be commended on the infinite detail and patience he has taken to bring the Indian dining experience on American tables. I for one am eagerly waiting future additions to the menu choices.
Basu, thanks a million and keep the enterprise going. It's about time we got some real home cooking!

Good to read interesting posts on your blog. Thanks.
